The certification criteria laid by the company is general in nature followed by the submission of required documents along with the certification fee. The payment should be made through a demand draft in favor of My loan bazar dot com payable at New Delhi. The certification process is applicable for Builders, Sellers, Purchaser, Owner and Banks allowing them to share the respective benefits as discussed in 'why to certify' segment.
